Sister Community Spotlight: Presbyterian Village North Residents “Bare It All” for a Good Cause
At our sister community in Dallas, Presbyterian Village North (PVN), a spirited group of residents recently proved that joy, humor, and heart know no age limits. Inspired by the beloved film Calendar Girls, PVN resident Susan Delarios gathered 25 friends–ages 59 to 92–for a light-hearted photoshoot that became Timeless Beauties – Barely Seasoned and Fabulous, a 2026 calendar created to raise funds for the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Program, which is also part of the Forefront Living network that includes Bella Vida
From playful scenes at the pickleball court to “skinny dips” at the community pool, all playfully staged, the project captured the laughter, confidence, and connection that define life at PVN. “The model of joy is what we want,” shared resident Debbie Driscoll. “The model of laughter and joy.”
The result? A heart-warming reminder that aging is not to be feared, and that community and purpose make every season of life beautiful.
Proceeds from calendar sales support compassionate hospice care for families across the Forefront Living network. To purchase a calendar, please visit this page.
