Bella Vida Celebrates an Exciting Milestone with the San Antonio Community

On May 7, we celebrated a significant milestone with the grand opening of our Information Center. The celebration was a chance to give San Antonio a glimpse into the future of our vibrant community. Hosted by the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a presentation on the vision of Bella Vida, and a tour of the new Information Center.

The ribbon-cutting also marked the completion of meetings with our priority members and the beginning of our meetings with those on the waiting list. We are currently at 70% of our goal, making it an ideal time to refer your friends so they can also take advantage of charter benefits before it’s too late!

Bella Vida Neighborhood VIPs: First Floor Social

On June 20, future first-floor residents came together for our very first Neighborhood VIPs event series. The event started with a fun icebreaker, where attendees shared fascinating tidbits about themselves, but quickly evolved into a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where new connections were forged. The warmth and camaraderie among neighbors were palpable as they naturally engaged with one another, moving tables to ensure everyone felt included. It was a true testament to the community we’re building at Bella Vida.
