Bella Vida Construction Update: Momentum Continues Across the Campus
Despite the April and early May showers, exciting progress continues at Bella Vida. With each passing week, more of the community is taking shape, and the vision for this vibrant independent living campus is becoming clearer from every angle.
Independent Living Tower Construction Update
One of the most noticeable developments is the continued framing of the main building. As construction moves upward to the second floor, the scale of the community becomes more apparent, especially from I-10, where the elevator shafts are already visible. Inside the first floor, crews are actively working on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that will support both the residences and the shared community spaces.
Villa Construction Update
Across the Villas, progress is also moving steadily forward. Framing teams are continuing to add structure to the residences, while construction crews work between rainy days to advance the roads that will connect the Villas and loop around the Bella Vida campus. Each new milestone brings more definition to the walkable, thoughtfully planned community residents will one day call home.
New Team Member
Another exciting addition to the Bella Vida team is Jermain Owens, our new Director of Facilities. As construction progresses, Jermain will work closely with our construction partners at PARIC to gain a deep understanding of the community’s systems, operations, and day-to-day needs. He’ll also collaborate with Rachel and the broader team to help ensure that construction details, personalization selections, and finishes align with the high standards future residents can expect from Bella Vida.
Villa Bus Tour
In recent weeks, Bella Vida also welcomed future residents to experience the progress firsthand through guided construction bus tours of the campus. These tours offered an exciting early look at the future community while providing valuable insight into how the residences, amenities, and outdoor spaces are coming together. Additional opportunities to tour the campus are expected in the coming months as construction continues.
While the construction site remains an active work zone today, there will be future opportunities for residents to walk the grounds and visit their individual residences as the opening approaches. Every future resident will have the opportunity to visit their home in person before closing.
With every beam raised and every roadway completed, Bella Vida moves one step closer to becoming the dynamic, maintenance-free community so many have been waiting for. We look forward to sharing even more progress updates and welcoming future residents to experience Bella Vida in person in the months ahead.
