More than 95 future Bella Vida residents enjoyed an engaging experience at the recent Meet the Forefront Living Leadership Event held at the La Cantera Resort Ballroom. The gathering provided the opportunity for attendees to connect with fellow VIPs and interact with the Forefront Living (FL) Leadership team as well as the BV Sales and Marketing team, all while enjoying brunch.

Tim Mallad, FL CEO, offered an overview of the organization’s values and operational philosophy, emphasizing the commitment to enriching the lives of seniors. Photos of sister communities, Presbyterian Village North in Dallas and The Outlook at Windhaven in Plano, were shared, showcasing the high standard of living residents can look forward to at BV.

Steve Ailey, FL CFO, spoke about the importance of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and provided an update on when construction for BV would begin. He also explained the financial structure of the project and the advantages of nonprofit communities.

Attendees left feeling excited about the future of Bella Vida. This event marked a meaningful step in building a thriving community for all future residents.
