As summer winds down, things are ramping up at Bella Vida! From steady progress on construction to exclusive VIP events and more, a lot is happening this month. Dear Future Neighbors,

As many of you are wrapping up the MEP phase, I know the excitement is building for finishes. I want to share a few updates, answer some of the questions that have come up recently, and give you a peek at what’s next. My goal is always to keep this process clear, enjoyable, and uniquely yours. It is a true joy to walk this journey with you, and I look forward to helping you design a space that feels like home from the moment you step inside.

Personalization Office – Friday “Come and Go” Hours: 2 to 4 p.m.

You’re always welcome to stop by the personalization office on Fridays between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. to browse samples or ask general questions. These hours have been going wonderfully, and I love the chance to see so many of you! Since my office is cozy and fills up quickly, I kindly ask that you limit your visits to 2–3 total. This way, everyone has the space and time they need to really look at finishes without feeling rushed. And of course, the socializing is half the fun, so thank you for keeping it comfortable for your fellow future neighbors, too.

Frequently Asked Questions…Lately

When do we have to pay for upgrades?
A: Upgrades are paid for when you finalize and sign off on selections.

Can upgrades be paid for with a credit card?
A: Upgrades can only be paid with a check.

If I don’t want something installed, do I get a credit?
A: Certain items must be installed to pass inspection, so in general, no credit is given if you choose not to have something installed. If you decide to upgrade, credits for the standard item not selected are worked into the cost of upgrades.

Are there any grab bars included?
A: Yes, a standard grab bar is included at the entrance of each bathroom shower to help with safe entry and exit.

Don’t forget — your Design Book contains the complete list of available finishes and
upgrades. If you need another copy, just let me know. I’d be glad to send you the digital
version.

Bella Vida at the TPR Merienda: Culture, Connection & Community

This weekend, Bella Vida had the pleasure of attending the TPR Merienda, a beautiful afternoon of conversation, culture, and community hosted by Texas Public Radio. Held at the San Antonio Museum of Art, the event brought together supporters and local leaders to celebrate thoughtful storytelling and shared values. Our own Sally Casey was there to meet those helping shape the cultural landscape of our city and share Bella Vida with them.

VIP Happy Hour: Villas

Our Villa VIP Happy Hour was a wonderful success, and we’re so grateful to all our future residents who attended. Guests enjoyed exclusive construction updates and got a first look at the latest progress photos on the big screen.

The highlight of the evening? A special opportunity to meet our new Executive Director, Brooks Powell, as well as a visit from Scott Polzin, Forefront Living’s COO. They were delighted to connect with future residents and continue building the strong relationships that will shape life at Bella Vida.

If you haven’t had a chance to meet Brooks yet, he’ll be there to meet everyone at our holiday party!
