Bella Vida Voice – January 2026

The new year brings continued momentum at Bella Vida. Our community is moving steadily forward, plans for move-in support are taking shape, and our VIP community remains as engaged as ever.

 Construction Update

Construction at Bella Vida is flying along! Our construction partner, PARIC, is actively advancing work across the site, including site utilities, site walls, columns, structural walls, and both slab-on-grade and elevated concrete pours. Framing and exterior sheathing are well underway at the Memory Support building, and the Phase 3 villas, and the roof is already complete on the Memory Support building, with window installation coming soon! Foundations are also underway for the Terraza villas.

Our first Bella Vida Voice of 2026! That seems like a good opportunity to focus on milestones. This year is shaping up to be an exciting one for Bella Vida as construction
continues to progress and the campus takes shape. One recent milestone is the progress on the wood framing for several of the Villas and the Memory Support building. It’s amazing to see Bella Vida begin to rise up from the hilltop.

One of Bella Vida’s sister communities, the Outlook at Windhaven, has recently reached a notable milestone of its own. For those who aren’t familiar with the Outlook, it is
a Forefront Living community in Plano that opened in 2024. In December, their community reached 95 percent occupancy, well ahead of schedule. Within a year of fully opening, the Outlook has a thriving and successful community on a beautiful, well-designed campus. It’s a great testament to the quality and value of Forefront communities.

As the most recent new-construction addition to Forefront, the Outlook serves as a helpful benchmark of what progress is expected to look like for our campus. We look
forward to similar success at Bella Vida. I’m thankful for the teammates who will help us get there. We’re blessed with great and highly qualified people in Sally, Tamara, Jodi,
Nathan, Rachel, and our newest addition – Kimberly. Their tireless effort and dedication shine through consistently. I’m excited to see what milestones they reach with Bella Vida this year.

As we step into 2026, I cannot help but feel genuinely excited for what this year will bring. There is so much ahead of us, and I am grateful to be part of this journey with all of you.

We are still moving forward with Finish Meetings for our apartment homes. I have truly loved the time spent with those of you who have already completed your appointments. Seeing personal style shine through during these meetings is one of my favorite parts of my role. Each home tells its own story, and watching those choices come together makes Bella Vida feel more real every day.

Looking ahead into 2026

I am also working on some wonderful additions to help support you as you prepare for your move to Bella Vida. First up are Home Visits. Beginning in February, I will start visiting our Villa VIPs in their current homes as a collaborative and supportive partner in preparing for the transition to your future home.

Home visits give us meaningful one-on-one time together. We can walk through what you plan to bring, talk through furniture fit, cabinet needs, and answer the many questions that naturally come up during this stage. We will also review the Moving Guide and go over the vendor resources I have carefully interviewed and worked with to make sure they are the right fit for the Bella Vida community. These visits are tailored to you, whether that means recommending specific resources or simply being a steady and supportive presence during this exciting chapter.

I am truly looking forward to these next steps and everything that 2026 has in store for Bella Vida. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this process with you. It is a joy to watch this community come to life.

Crafters for a Cause

On December 15th, a small group of VIPs gathered for a festive and creative Crafters for a Cause session, spending the morning crafting small Santa gifts filled with M&Ms, as well as custom gift tags and holiday cards designed to be assembled like a puzzle. These thoughtful gifts were donated to the Bulverde/Spring Branch Meals on Wheels to brighten their holiday spirits. Lunch was enjoyed together, and the group’s enthusiasm carried the session well beyond its planned time. It was a fun afternoon of creativity and connection.

Join the Ladies Lunch Bunch and get to know some other future residents of Bella Vida. These lovely ladies have organized this self-pay event and would love to welcome some new faces. Space is limited to 25, so look for an invite and be sure to RSVP!

VIPs whose names begin with A–H are invited for a fun and engaging evening! Our neighborhood socials are the perfect chance to meet your neighbors and enjoy a memorable night together, before you even become neighbors. Couples with different last names are welcome to attend together, even if only one last name falls within A–H.

Join fellow crafters for a hands-on morning of creativity and connection. Enjoy working side by side with other VIPs on a seasonal craft that will be given to Bulverde/Spring Branch Meals on Wheels to brighten residents’ day. 

Calling all single ladies! Join us for a fabulous afternoon, including games, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and fun activities to make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable.

Bella Vida VIPs are invited to gather with Brooks for an informal morning of updates, conversation, and Q&A. It’s a chance to stay informed, connect, and engage in meaningful discussion about what’s ahead. *Reminder that seating is limited and RSVPs are required to attend this event.

Join us for a helpful and encouraging Rightsizing Webinar on March 17th at 10:00 am, created especially for our VIPs. This session will feature The Generations Team, Shelf Genie, and Inspired Closets, three trusted experts who know a thing or two about making a new home work beautifully for the life you’re stepping into.

Together, they’ll share practical tips, creative ideas, and thoughtful guidance for rightsizing your home, from deciding what to bring to maximizing storage and functionality in your new space. Whether you’re just beginning to think about a move or already sorting closets, this conversation offers clear, reassuring, and genuinely useful guidance.
