The Bella Vida team has been hard at work throughout September and October, welcoming new residents into the community, participating in local events, and hosting incredible VIP-exclusive programs. As we head into the holiday season, there’s been no shortage of exciting moments!
We’re thrilled to share that Bella Vida has reached 60% of our goal therefore we’re even closer to breaking ground! To help kick off this next phase, you should have received a survey on Friday, October 25, from Clifton Larson Allen (CLA), and your response is key to getting the ball rolling. This is an important step in the funding process that brings us closer to breaking ground on your new home. We can’t wait to get started, and so we need your participation to help make it happen! Bella Vida Frequently Asked Questions
In each edition of our newsletter, we share a Frequently Asked Question that comes directly from you! This month, many of you have asked,
“What is the current interest rate from Frost Bank?”
A: In addition to your 10% deposit locking in your entrance fee and Charter Member benefits, it also earns interest on your behalf. Currently, the interest rate is variable and is tracking around 5.16% per year. A 1099 will be issued once at move-in. At that time, you will also realize your interest as a credit to your monthly service fees. In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, your interest will be included in your refund check. A 1099 will also be received for the year the cancellation occurred.
This structure keeps your investment flexible and gives you peace of mind, additionally, you have the freedom to choose the best path for your future, knowing that your interests are safeguarded. At Bella Vida, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way as you prepare for your new home.

Bella Vida Golf Tournament
Bella Vida was a proud sponsor of the 9th Annual OUTDRIVE HUNGER Charity Golf Tournament. The event was hosted by Hill Country Family Services at the exclusive Golf Club at Cordillera Ranch. The community came together for the event to combat hunger and support families in need across the Hill Country, all while enjoying a wonderful day of golf. We are honored to have been part of this important cause.
Bella Vida Thrive Series – Bellinis and Bequests
Our VIPs enjoyed a delightful evening of Bellinis and engaging discussions about estate planning and legacy protection with our friends at Escamilla Law on September 12. The event was an ideal mix of education and socializing for our VIPs
Bella Vida Thrive Series – “Outsmart the Scammers” by Edward Jones
On Oct. 8, VIPs attended a highly informative session presented by Edward Jones, learning crucial tips on how to spot and avoid scams. Attendees left the event feeling empowered and, consequently, equipped with the knowledge and resources to protect themselves and their loved ones from potential fraud.
Bark-tober Pooch Parade: A Halloween Dog Costume Contest and Social
On Oct. 31, VIPs and their furry companions got into the Halloween spirit at the Bark-tober Pooch Parade, where creative costumes and festive fun were in full swing. Our esteemed judges faced the challenging task of awarding prizes in four categories, and with four spirited dogs competing, the contest proved to be fierce! Be sure to check out our winners in the photo gallery. Overall, everyone enjoyed a fantastic morning filled with treats, spooky fun, and pawsitively adorable costumes!

Recent Neighborhood Socials
In September and October, our VIPs who reserved homes on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors enjoyed meeting and mingling with their future neighbors. It was a memorable and fun evening; ultimately, it will become a foundation for future friendships within the community.
Last month, we asked our VIPs, “What’s the most exotic food you’ve ever eaten?” and boy, did you have some stories!
Gayle Turner
Gayle Turner shared her unforgettable experience in Japan. She ate raw shrimp, octopus, eel, and other fish, but the wasabi-laced tofu is what stopped her in her tracks. It looked like a petit-four, gentle green with a cute little flower on top. Not realizing what it was, she popped the whole thing in her mouth. She thought her face was going to implode but managed to swallow it. Fortunately, she survived because everything else served was fabulous. It turned out to be the best meal of her life.
Pat Adams
Pat Adams reminisced about a motorcycle trip with her husband, where she bravely sampled rattlesnake meat at The Big Texan steakhouse, convincing herself that it “tastes like chicken.” These stories not only highlight the adventurous spirit of our VIPs but also remind us that trying new foods can lead to some of the best memories!
